2017 wrx oem remote and compustar rf remote (2way) stopped working

Hey, So a couple weeks ago I finished installing my evo one with compustar prot11 remote kit in my 2017 wrx with the subaru t harness minus the hood sensor. I finally had everything working (had to manually bypass the clutch switch). A couple of days ago I decided to clean up the wiring because it was all hanging around. I cut off all of the unused wires from the harnesses and put shrink tube around the wires and heated with a heat gun. I rerouted my rf module and finished everything up. Now I have ran into some issues. Before rerouting my wires: 1. OEM remote worked both during the remote start period and after the car was turned off. 2. Compustar remote worked, 2 way paging worked well. Only thing that did not work was trunk unlock. After cleaning up my wiries: 1. OEM remote worked same as above. 2. Compustar remote worked but the 2 way paging did not work. When pressing the button, the car would register the command but the actual remote would not. Today, i double checked all my wiring and now my oem remote does not work. the compustar remote works (trunk unlock works now) but 2 way paging does not work. Steps I took today: 1. Double checked all the wiring to ensure it was hooked up correctly. 2. Found the D6 wire was cut (could have happened today) so I reconnected that. Double checked everything else and found no messed up connections. 3. Remoted all shirnk tubing. 4. Reset both the remote starter and the bypass moduels. Reprogrammed everything. OEM remote is not working at all. Compustar rf kit only works as 1 way While car is on during remote start (after pressing the button) the doors will not unlock (this worked previously). So now I have to turn off the remote starter and unlock the car. Any idea? I went into the programming and changed some settings around that were reset to what I believe they were before and still no luck. Quick update: I found that the keyless entry module and the tpms are tied into the same module which is why both stopped working. Is there a wire I can check that would have come dissconnected? I checked all the fuses per the service manual for my car and they checked okay. Another update 1/03/2018 My TPMS light went off today. I decided to try unlocking the car with my key while it was remote started and the alarm was going off. I quickly put the key in the igntion and hit the brake and turned the alarm off and all of a sudden I noticed my TPMS light was turned off. I am assuming my D6 wire is still messed up, maybe from the connector. Is there a voltage reading it should be like the Can bus wires?
